DANCE N TONE CLASS 

MONDAYS AT 7.25PM  

DO YOU LOVE TO DANCE? HAVE YOU ENJOYED ZUMBA CLASSES IN THE PAST BUT WANT A NEW CHALLENGE? DO YOU LOVE A GOOD LEG, BUM AND TUM WORKOUT? DO YOU LOVE THE IDEA OF THE GRACE AND FLOW OF BARRE FITNESS? WOULD YOU LIKE A CLASS THAT INCLUDES ALL OF THIS? THEN TRY  DANCE AND TONE

Dance N Tone combines dance steps with aerobic and resistance fitness exercises. It’s a full body aerobic workout using interval training to provide peaks and troughs of intensity ending with some ballet based exerises to stretch and tone. It's suitable for all ages and fitness levels as you work at your own pace and intensity.

Dance N Tone classes are held in a relaxed environment where you can really let your inhibitions go, get the results you want, learn some new moves and have fun in a friendly group while you get fit.



Fitness Freestyle Yoga

Develop a strong a strong and supple body using Yoga poses from a fitness and strength perspective.  This is Yoga made simple but still challenging.


Fitness Pilates

A core and flexibility class using Pilates poses to create length, strength and tone gently and effectively throughout the entire body.
