In the two years that I've had personal training with Ros I have completely changed my outlook to health and fitness. With her encouragement I am making good food choices and my back problems have improved. I feel more confident in how I look and no longer cringe at myself in photos. Thank you, Ros

I started with a Pilates class as I suffered
with sciatica and back pain , Ros is a hands on instructor and has great
knowledge to help if you are struggling . I now do several classes a week and love
every minute of it .well done Ros
I never thought I'd say I enjoyed
exercise until I joined Ros's classes! They are great fun, Ros is so
encouraging, she will happily adapt exercises so that people of all abilities /
with any medical restrictions can join in safety and still get the full
benefits of the workout. I have totally changed my outlook on exercise, and
that's thanks to Ros and her ability to make you see that you can do
anything if you put your mind to it!
I have been having personal training sessions
with Ros for just over a year now. She helped me get strong pre knee
replacement surgery, getting me back exercising in less than a week post op.
With her help and guidance I have improved my strength and changed my body
shape. I gained both mentally and physically. Nothing is too much for her, she
can adapt anything she teaches to match your ability/needs. You will be amazed
at the things she can help you achieve. A very positive 'can do' attitude and
great personal trainer. Whatever you want to achieve Ros will get you there if
you are prepared to put in the work. I would highly recommend Ros to anyone.

I joined Ros's classes just over a year ago and soon added Pilates and Barre Fitness. When Ros started HIIT and Circuits I just had to give them a go too. I am now doing several classes a week and loving the variety of exercise and the new friends I have made. I am fitter, stronger and slimmer and have never enjoyed exercise so much. Thank you Ros 😊
